Radiant Skin Aesthetics was established in 2022 by Kait Ginder, who quickly knew this was her dream goal to make other women and men feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin. We love building relationships and connections with our clients. We call our Med Spa our clients second home as we make it feel as home like and relaxing as possible. All while offering medical grade skincare treatments that are results driven.
We offer virtual consultations for clients that do not have the time to make it to our clinic. We are so excited to have you here!

As owner of Radiant Skin Aesthetics my goal is to help my clients feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin. I’ve been an Aesthetician for over 8 years. RSA was my dream goal since becoming an aesthetician. Since growing up with cystic acne and getting bullied for it I can console with my acne clients. I knew I wanted clients to know it’s okay to not have perfect skin. I’m here to guide you through the acne stages. I will help guide you to the root cause of your acne, because when dealing with any form of acne it starts from within. I am a Face Reality Acne Expert, SkinBetterScience Specialist, GlyMed Plus Specialist & DMK Certified. My goal when opening RSA was to make my clients feel comfortable when walking through the doors, I’ve made sure RSA is not only a Medical Spa of results driven skincare treatments but as well as Day Spa vibes. On my free time, I love to spend time with my husband Austin, our adopted kiddo Quentin while camping with our family and friends.

I offer Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, Chemical peels, Hair removal, Lash & brow enhancements and spray tans. My hobbies include hoarding face products, reading books, spoiling my nieces, caring for my many plant children & furthering my education.

I first became interested in massage as I began my spiritual journey. As I dug deeper into my studies of grounding, energy, and awareness I also wanted to gain better understanding of how to connect with the mind and body on a deeper level. After attending HACC Harrisburg for a year I graduated in 2020. Outside of massage I really enjoy traveling in my converted camper with my boyfriend. My dream is to own my own homestead and Incorporate plant medicine into my massages. Providing education to my clients and holding a safe space to navigate their treatments is my top priority. I look forward to meeting new clients, growing my own skills and holding peace and serenity for everyone at RSA!

Sam is a physician assistant who graduated from Philadelphia University in 2013 with a master's degree in physician assistant studies and has been a practicing PA for over a decade. She works part-time as an aesthetic injector, specializing in helping clients enhance their natural beauty with neurotoxin. She is passionate about delivering personalized care using neurotoxin treatments to help individuals look and feel their best. She is also a wife and mama to two!

My name is Alexis, but I go by Lexy. I am 30 years old, mother to two daughters, and two dogs and engaged. My girls are my life, and I can’t think of any better way to be able to hopefully spend more time with them, while doing something I love. I have been a nurse for over 6 years and graduated from Alvernia University with my Bachelor’s in Nursing. I have always worked bedside, and currently work in the Adult ED at Hershey. Medical aesthetics has always been a passion of mine and since putting more time into my own skincare thanks to my sister Ally & Kait I really found interest in helping people in a different way. I have become more aware of the benefit of injectables, and am super excited to start in this new path. Although starting with lip filler and Botox, I cannot wait to further my education to expand RSA’s injection services. I am super excited to join the RSA team, and help all my beautiful women and men who are wanting a little extra love to make them feel beautiful.
